We are looking to fill multiple full-time permanent positions at our soil and mulch facility in Quarryville, PA.
We currently have positions open for : Forklift, Front End Loader and Automated Equipment Operators in addition to many General Labor Positions.
Qualified applicants will have reliable transportation and work well with others.
Automated equipment, front end loader and/or forklift experience is preferred but not required.
All production employees are on an incentive program that is above and beyond the hourly rate. This incentive is paid weekly and is based on production greater than a set threshold of pallets/hour. In 2020, the average incentive was $5.00/hour (in addition to hourly rate). During the spring of each year, production increases and so does the incentive. Spring of 2020 averaged $6.00+/hour (in addition to hourly rate).
