Frey Group LLC. is a third generation family business established in 1966 in Southern Lancaster County, PA. With roots in farming, logging and timber, Frey Group began offering the material’s by-product, bulk hardwood, as mulch in the 1980’s. Now some 30 years later, we offer several different bagged bark mulches, gardening soils, and custom growing mixes for both the general consumer as well as the professional greenhouse/nursery grower. Our product lines: Frey’s, Twin Oaks and Four Corners, plus a line of professional greenhouse/nursery mixes from Frey Group Customer Professional can be found at independent garden centers from Virginia to Vermont. In 2017, Frey Group became part of Coast of Maine Brands LLC. The merger allows us to offer the high quality premium Coast of Maine Organic Products, Inc. line of organic soils, fertilizers, mulches and amendments from our Lancaster County facility.
